Rishabh is an Articling Student at Schultz Frost LLP.He earned his BBA LLB degree from Delhi, India in 2019 and has been a certified Advocate from the Bar Council of Delhi and the Bar Council of India. Presently, he is enrolled as a licensing candidate at the Law Society of Ontario.
During his law school years, Rishabh participated and excelled in various Moot Court and Negotiation competitions, which ultimately fueled his passion for advocacy and litigation.
After completing his studies, he worked for a high volume litigation firm in Delhi, representing national banks and successfully obtaining recovery orders amounting to millions of dollars.
His impressive advocacy skills were evident when he won a case against the Delhi Police in the High Court of Delhi and appeared in the Supreme Court of India.
In 2022, Rishabh made the decision to move to Canada and become a lawyer in Ontario. He obtained his L.L.M in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and received his NCA Certificate of Qualification by the end of that same year.
Apart from his legal pursuits, Rishabh has other interests. He is a big fan of soccer and supports Liverpool F.C. He enjoys playing volleyball and badminton with his friends and finds relaxation in playing Playstation games.
