Kayly is an Articling Student at Schultz Frost LLP. Prior to law school Kayly worked as a law clerk at a boutique insurance defence law firm. While working as a law clerk Kayly obtained her designation as a Chartered Insurance Professional from the Insurance Institute of Canada and received the award for the Highest Standing in the Claims Professional Series (Kawartha/Durham Region).  Prior to attending law school, Kayly taught Insurance Law to law clerks in the Law Clerk Advanced Diploma program at Durham College.

Outside of law, Kayly enjoys thrift shopping, knitting, and spending time with her rescue animals Harper, Harley, and Regan.
