Modasir obtained his Juris Doctor in 2018 from the University of Windsor. He was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 after completing his articles at a full-service law firm, where he gained invaluable experience in civil litigation.
Prior to joining Schultz Frost, Modasir worked at another insurance defence firm in Toronto. He has experience in motor vehicle accident claims (tort and accident benefits), occupiers’ liability claims, and priority disputes. Modasir has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice on behalf of his clients.
Outside of the office, Modasir enjoys playing soccer, volunteering at the local community centre, and sparring during his boxing sessions. You may also find him exploring technology with gadgets.
Modasir is fluent in Swahili, Urdu, Gujurati, and Kutchi, and is proficient in Arabic and Farsi.
