Your role, as a Law Clerk, will be to manage across a diversity of insurance defence files that includes accident benefits, tort, life, disability, health and property claims, as well as appellate and other matters.

In addition to a great attitude and genuine interest in being part of a team, here are some areas of expertise that would make for a great fit:
- Intake, organization and briefing of files;
Preparing medical indices and summaries;
Coordinating with investigators and other vendors;
Drafting pleadings, discovery plans and affidavits of documents;
Pursuing counsel for productions;
Updating productions charts;
Assisting with motion materials and preparing costs outlines;
Drafting settlement documents;
Assisting with arbitration and trial preparation and conduct.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AB & tort insurance defense
- Law Clerk Certification
- Proficient with the Rules of Civil Procedure and LAT Rules of Practice
- Ability to manage large volume of documents and work in a fast paced environment
